I always love dials that have interesting patina. I looked at the 1967 LineBook and didn't find a match but in the 1968 LineBook it is a Sea King "DU", in white it was the "CA". The "EO" wasn't a match.

Edit to say subject watch is 23 jewels so now I am not sure this is a correct ID.
