Now this is a really interesting watch.   Specifically the hour hand is not one that I have seen before.  it is clearly seems to me to be a two time zone display.   The upper black one displays the first time zone and the orange displays the second zone.  Seems to be a 1970 Bulova Accutron Railroad Approved model.  I would like to see pictures of the movement if possible to make an accurate assessment.
