I agree that this is a .... OCEANOGRAPHER SNORKEL G ... an early one prior to BULOVA finally settling with the TEXT configuration on the dial that everyone knows ... i have seen what we might call odd placement of text on oceanographer dials floating around ... I do have an example of a 1969 with what I suppose BULOVA decided on what the dial will be ...
