Movements are not always the best way to determine when a watch was produced, especially if it could be over a few years. Movements of this age can be and are often replaced.
I'm not suggesting that this is the case here and the movement may very well may be original, but it is something I'm always wary of when IDing a watch based on the movement alone.
Are you able to post a photo of the movement?
However for simplicity I agree with 1967 Bulova Diadem "VV"
