Good ad find, you got it! S/N starting with "H" and "47" on movement indicates your watch is a 1947. The markings inside bezel edge are indeed Roman numerals. They appear to be "5 7 5". This was a practice more common in the 1920's and 30's. The last 3 numbers of the case back serial number inscribed (hand scratched) into bezel, to show them as a matched correct unit. Your s/n ends with "6 2 9", so it appears that during a previous repair/restore, the case back and movement or bezel was replaced. That or on the assembly floor, somebody inadvertently mixed parts. Not a big deal, as the Bulova case and movement dates match and watch is correct to model.
