Looking at it, there is more color remaining on the dial edge from the "2" clockwise to the "8". If it sat flat for a long period with the sunlight striking it at a shallow angle with the crown facing the light source; the edge of the dial would be in shadow from the case opening edge. Hence, that edge would still retain more color (which appears to be the case). It Could have sat for years in an antique store showcase in sunlight...never touched or moved with an absurd price tag on it. Just an observation. I re-created it quite quickly with my photo light and a watch with a similar distance between bezel lip and dial. Not a Bully, please accept my apology and shame :o)
