The main thing to remember about watch crystals is that they usually differ by mere millimetres, often making them unique to the case. That doesn't mean you cannot grind down a crystal if needed, but it is best to try and get an exact sized one or one ever so slightly larger.
Getting an accurate caliper will help you measure and then determine the correct size. Then hit up eBay with your fingers crossed :-)
