I looked quite a bit for this one, and tend to agree with ID based on case,
Subject watch sports a 17J movement and Dolly Madison's are advertised as 21J. It likely started out like Kathy notes, as an "E".
My first inclination was to tag it as "non-conforming" / possible marriage, but this case appears to be a "stand alone" casing, used only for the Dolly Madison "E", and isn't currently represented in the database. Based on that, I would be open to ID'ing it as
Dolly Madison "E", noting the movement/dial discrepancy.
