Based on multiple instances of watches from this period surfacing in both engraved and unengraved, with ads only depicting one or the other I'm inclined to tag this one a Kirkwood tentative. Face without seconds subdial, movement jewels and case shape are a match, as is the date on the ad Stephen found. Case is pretty distinctive with the recessed crown and lug transition. For me, unless a conflicting ad surfaces
