Welcome to mybulova and thanks for sharing. This is one we seldom see, and have previously ID'ed it as an engraved version of the Oakley. During the early to mid 1930's, it wasn't uncommon for there to be unengraved as well as engraved case watches called by the same name with no variant letter or advertising the fact. We have one like yours in the database as seen here.

1936 Bulova Oakley
