1960 Bulova Senator, and a nice example. We have previously ID'ed this as the "J" variant in 1960.
Interesting observation; here is another that had a 1970 dated barrel bridge on the movement in a 1960 watch. I wonder if someone used the wrong date stamp on a batch of these that year?
