Nice one indeed. I'm inclined to say the same about the the "accoutrements" being mid 1930's. If it was mine, I would drop a nice 1933-35 stepped case Senator or similar in the box for an even more impressive full package.
Love the engraving, that will be a fun one to research. Lodge 622 was/is in Rochester, NY
