Exciting find, I do tend to agree with an early mid sixties date range. Either way an important family piece. I read somewhere on line that the MIL -W- 3818A was the last military watch produced by Bulova (not that everything I've ever read on line was true). Short of verification on date code I would tag it a 1960 model although it could be slightly newer.

PS - I had a chance last weekend to tour (crawl through is a better way of saying it) a fully restored B-24 Liberator - Witchcraft, am amazing aircraft.
