I find two BB variants at $115 and 21 jewels that I have not been able to verify, the V (30817, white gold) and the W (30818, yellow gold). This could be one of those, but I don't know the difference with these $115 and the other ad for $89.50, maybe the higher is solid gold.
This case should have a proper notch located either near 6 (most likely) or 12 where the bezel meets the case. Gently insert a case tool to pry the bezel upwards and it should separate giving access to the movement. Be careful not to apply too much force inward with the tool, as it may separate the bezel as intented but slide in too far and hit the dial. I see where there are signs of case damage on the sides as a result of attempts to pry the bezel off there.
