Thanks Rob, I saw the end date 1942 somewhere as well and think the dates c.1930 to 1942 were associated with the ID Varick St. Address.. I think the later dates may have been after a merge of company names/assets associated with the Dinstman family businesses.
No concrete documentation found just basically internet blog hearsay.
