Ironically both could technically be wrong as the watch has a 16 jewelled movement and is early 1922/23.
I'd say that the Norma and Lorna (very similar sounding names) are a different watch model looking at the two photos. However the adverts show a potentially different story as they look the same. One thing I do know is that advert mats were used to show different models that looked very similar in appearance.
I'm more inclined to agree that it's a 1923 Bulova Lorna, based on the solid 14K gold case and engraved dial.
