I have one similar to this, a lot of companies were trying the same thing, so there are versions by other manufacturers.
This looks like a dead match for the other one in the db, so I'm going to say 1956 Albatross.
A lot of these specialty cases don't follow Bulova norms. Do let us know when you have a look inside and some pics, if possible.
