I suspect it is a Sea King, I'd be ok with that as a tentative ID.

That ink stamped number inside the case back is the case reference number and identifies all case furniture that go with it, the crystal, stem, bezel (if applicable). Supply and Mat houses still use this number to match parts for old watches, I recently was able to source an original Diver crystal this way. Said parts are getting scarce, but that's how you match them anyway...
