1929 Lone Eagle. I've noticed by checking watches in the database , that the ones like this one with the 10AL movement don't have the dash mark at the 6. My question on this one is I believe this is the original dial ... but there is ZERO sign of radium on the numbers , or signs of it being cleaned off. Was there a "no radium" option? The cathedral hands are still fully intact with their radium. Was curious what everyone thought of that. Thanks! ---
Well spotted alwayscode390! Dash on the dial is 10AN and no dash is 10AL in 1929. In 1930, the Lone Eagles only had 10AN. And yes, this is the Lone Eagle with original dial. It probably lost its radium at some time during the past 94 years.

Awesome! Thanks for the information Alex, it's appreciated :) ---
The differences in the dial depending on the movement is consistent for all tonneau shaped models. They are equipped with either a 10AN, 10AL or 13AF movement, and each have their own dial: no dash is 10AL, dash is 10 AN and the 13AF has the seconds marker and minute marker more separated, apart that it has a unique minute hand. Makes it easy to guess what movement is inside without opening the case.

That's great to know. I'll have to search for a 13AF movement model to see what that looks like. ---
1929 Bulova Lone Eagle. There was no option for a radium free dial. It has been removed from this watch.
