Unknown. I can't find any in the database, and this is the first I've seen of this engraving pattern. Reminds me of a checkerboard pattern, with alternating solid squares and squares with lines through them. On the horizontal axis, the squares have vertical lines through them... and on the vertical axis the squares have vertical lines through them. One of my favorites! 1929 case with 1930 movement.
Dear alwayscode390, your watch is indeed an unknown model. The engraving is a bit like the Athlete that in your watch is applied to the bezel in 2 layers. Very beautiful.

Thanks Alex , it's funny you mention the Athlete. I labeled this as "unknown athlete style" when writing down the specs. We are on the same page. :) ---
My first though was Athlete as well, but the engraving is 2 lines instead of one. Sorry, but all I have is
1929 Unknown

Unfortunately yet another unknown. The number of watch models Bulova produced each year and did not advertise is staggering at times. Hopefully one day an ad will show up.

It really is impressive all the choices people had. If you wanted one of every Men's watch they made in just a single year... you could wear a new watch every week haha. I appreciate your comment ---

On that subject, we have so far confirmed with ads or Bulova documentation; 902 model names produced 1916 - 1979. That's alotta watches not even counting the Unknowns..........
Unknown for now. Maybe one day we'll find some ads.
