Great find Kathy! This will be a 1968 Bulova Model 720002. By the way, that LineBook, BAWD 0164 is from Bienne, Switzerland which makes this an International (Swiss) model

I don't think this is a good model number ID.   The watch case is different.  Note the sides are flat on the line book but slightly curved on the example watch.  Also the date window is in the a different position.
