Hello everyone! Adding another Bulova to the database. Not sure of what this model is, it seems that we have another one listed as unknown. Back of the case is stamped A9 and movement is marked J9, so it seems to definitely be a 1949. It does look very similar to an ad for a 1945 Bulova Augusta, though this one does not have diamonds(so maybe a less expensive variant?). Looking forward to what you all have to say! Thanks!

Like this Unknown https://www.mybulova.com/watches/1944-unknown-7219 and this one https://www.watchophilia.com/photogallery/bulovas-1940-1949/a1943-unkno…;
I also found a couple others on ebay that were earlier 1940s so it must have been around for at least seven or more years.
1949 Unknown for now

That is good to know! So I'm just wondering how you guys find "new" Bulova ads? I constantly look on Google, Etsy, and eBay but I am mainly seeing the same things. I know some of the ads look like they come from old newspapers, I'm not sure how to access these without a subscription online (or without looking through microfiche or something similar)...
