Nice clean yellow gold filled watch with stainless back. Some high point wear on lugs. Second version of this case, as first has a gold back. It looks like the change came in 1940. It appears the hands were replaced at some time in the past.

Runs and keeps decent time, but occasionally and randomly stops, but restarts with a shake. Needs a service bad.

Hands look incorrect, but a correct pair shouldn't be hard to find.
