From what I've seen , I belive it to be a model 158 from the looks 0f the case. There is so much detail on the dial and case. 14K RGP case
Can you please confirm the case serial number?

The case # is 8036493 The 0 isn't as prominent as the rest. The inside of the case reads, Pat. June 10. 1924, Bulova 14K Rolled Gold Plate Ney York
it will probably be Bulova 156, such as here
the year of manufacture will be specified after completing the required information
The dial looks the same but my watch has an oxtangle case and the inside of the case is not the same. I do thank you for helping me

I thought it was too but on the one I have it dosen't read American Standard in the case only Bulova New York
I will try to post a picture of the inside of the case as best I can
At this point I'm alittle more confused then ever but the watch is in great condition for it's age and is just missing the crystal. With all your guys help, I know that it's just a matter of time. Thank you in advance
As long as it is a Bulova marked case we should be good. There were quite a few makers out there that had similar looking watches, these would be marked something else inside.

That is one thing I'm sure of and your right about the other watchs being similar because I saw 1924 Elgin that was a dead ringer for my watch. Thank you
