This is a 10KT yellow rolled gold plate 1959 ladies watch. It is marked L9 on the caseback and movement. It has a lumed Arabic hour markers and lumed hour and minute hands with a red second hand. The lugs are definitely different than the similar watch in Unknowns. These lugs are more T shaped. I suspect it is some verion of a Nurse watch.
Very cool watch. Just for my own curiosity what lug width does it have? I suspect you are right and this is a nurse watch. Unfortunately they didn't advertise the nurses watches very much but I will take a look see : )

Thanks. I was curious how it compared in size to my Clara Bartons, they are 8mm and the American Nurse that is 14mm.
No ad match found, but I think you are probably on the right track with the Nurse's watch guess. Interesting lugs; don't believe I have ever seen one of these before.

Very robust lugs- I agree that it is probably a Nurse watch, but I'm at unknown also.
