Yet another purchase from the big auction site. Oddly enough, seller had it listed under vintage clocks rather than watches. 10AX movement with Omega symbol, "AAA", 21 Jewels, Bulova Watch Co and USA. Yellow gold case with 10k rolled gold back and applied gold numerals. Purchased mainly for the attractive stepped case. Needs some work, and a new crystal.
Could it be that the 4th step is actually the spring bar pipe on the end of the bracelet?

at this moment I am inclined to Attorney
The Emperor and Jefferson are the only models listed with a 21J movement which the subject watch has. The Attorney is a rose (pink) gold 17J version. I cannot pick the difference between these two.
OK, I just went with Emperor
I am still at Jefferson. Both models above are almost identical; the font of the numerals is one difference, and subj watch matches Jefferson in that area. There was a few dollars difference in price between those, though the dial font would seem like something that would not affect price.

Also note that my example has the longer hands as shown on the Jefferson advertisement.

I'm going with Jefferson based on all the comments above. Two ticks tentative, also based on all the above :)
I was just researching the ID of a watch similar to this and I noticed there are 4 models with this style case in yellow and rose gold.
Attorney
Brewster
Emperor
Jefferson
Im not including the Galahad because the one ad we have for that one shows an engraved bezel so it’s easily distinguishable from the others.
The Attorney and Brewster use a 17j movement. The Emperor and Jefferson use a 21j movement. There are no exceptions. Stephen did point that out. But there is a distinction that sets the Emperor apart from the others that no one mentioned that I saw. Only the Emperor has raised gold numerals. While some of the ads don’t specify say, you can see all the others have black printed numbers.
While the pictures of this watch aren’t great, it looks to have raised gold numerals.
