I think this is an original dial. I found a match is the 1955-1957 Line Book BAWD0127 page 23. The model is called the Jefferson. I show it with a white dial and everything including font matches up to yours. I believe this to be a

1955 Price Guide lists 3 Jeffersons but does not detail the colors.
