10k rolled gold plate , having some issues with the crown, she's a bit tempermental. Sticking from time to time but still the chronograph is working and resets to 12. Well enjoy my one button military chrono guys.
Edit: OP reports Bulova USA stamped on movement. Removed this entry from Movement Serial No. field.
Would anyone know what the part is called that's on the stem which helps the chrono function to operate? It's a small cylender that moves up and down on the stem. If so maybe where I can find one, oh an thanks to those who have been very helpful so far! Very appreciated!

The part is called a Push Crown and Otto Frei has them. I ordered one for mine but it did not fit. Going to remeasure the piece when I get a good caliper and try again. I know from someone else one of these fits. If you find out which one, please let me know. http://www.ofrei.com/page330.html#1871

Yea when I was doing my restoration I had a hard time, basicly sourced it from other watches. The original has a 4 prong pin system that moves in and out and there is a small ring on the stem that also moves which is very important. I actually had like 3 extra ones I sold off on eBay. There is one for sale there now not from me about $75 . A little pricy .

Thank you for the reply. I will look at it but I have been told the Otto ones work, I just need the right size. When I figure it out I'll let you know. I have two now and both are missing crowns while one is also missing the chrono modules.
I believe we have a name for the watch as a Medico in some later strings on the subject. It may even be in the DB under Medico.
I have an nos 10AH stem that you can have since I'll probably never use.The pack is open so I don't know if its the right one in there but you're welcome to check it out.FREE,GRATIS,would be happy to help you out.
