Thank you for posting your watch.  A picture of the back of the case would be helpful.  Based on the triangle date code on the movement 1935 and case serial number beginning with 6 I updated this to 1936.   Your watch being 21J is a 1936 Bulova President like this one https://mybulova.com/watches/1936-president-12432
