Have search high and low but wasn't able to find a match.

Generic 1970 Bulova Accutron (based on NO case stamp)

There is a barely visible stamp “72”

I agree - 1970 Bulova Accutron is a good ID

Is that a piece of paper glued to the inside of the case back??

Hmmm. I wonder if this this a a new way for watchmakers to ID their work?

Certainly, better than scratching a permanent mark in a case back.

For more modern work I've seen markers, which is certainly better than scratching the case back. I'd be worried about the paper coming off and fouling the movement,  which isn't as big of a concern with Accutron or quartz movements, but still not a great idea as it could still cause issues.
