This was my grandmothers watch. Back case is hinged and she used as a photo locket. Movement is protected by clear window when the case is opened. Stem has a cobalt blue stone. I am not sure of the model or production date. Case is marked: BULOVA, 14K GOLD FILLED, AMERICAN STANDARD, PAT.JUN.10.1924, 6609664. Movement is marked Swiss.

Agree with Bob a 1926 Bulova Ramona is a good ID. Everything about the watch (except the more modern expansion band) looks 100% correct.
