Dear svzuuk, your watch is the Tyler. Initially this model was introduced in 1927 as President Madison with a 17-jewel movement, to appear in 1930 also with a 21-jewel movement and an ad indicating it as "Tyler". Beautiful watch!

Thanks for the info.  grandfather fixed/repaired  clocks and watches, after he pasted  i got all his tools and stuff.   i dont use the tools or know what to do with them. is there  anyone who might be interested in them?

Here are the comparison adverts showing both the Tyler and President Madison. As Alex says, based on the 21J movement this would indeed be a 1930 Bulova Tyler.

1930 Bulova Tyler is a good match.  Definitely a model we do not see very often.
