I have a Senator that I am restoring and it has the domed crystal. I may be able to buff the current crystal, but it has a slight, but visable, crack on the left wall. It measures about 23.5mm X 17.3mm. The movement is an 8AH so I am dating the watch to about 1946.
The crystal suppliers have Senators labled as "A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J" and I have no idea whch it is. It is not marked on the case—inside or out—and has no marking on the case back other than a serial number.
If someone can suggest a way to properly identufy the crystal part number I need it would be greatly appreicated.

I have two Senators and I'm not sure they are different sizes, but one has the domed crystal and the other a flatter crystal. The one with the domed has an 8AH movement and I dated it to about 1946, and the other has the 8AE movement and the gold-plated band that came on the 1944 model.
These crystals are a bit expensive so I want to make sure I get the correct one for this model watch.

Both the CMY 311 and MY 311 measure 24.0mm X 17.7mm, they are both curved slightly both ways to fit the bezel. The difference is that the CMY 311 is domed and the MY 311 is the standard flat style. Both will work, it just depends on what kind of look you want.
These are GS (Germanow-Simon) part numbers that I have and they are acrylic not glass.
Scott from watchcrystals.net (see ad on home page) should have what you need at a better price.
