note both triangle and arrow date code on movement?
End year for 10 AP entered as 1926 until other info is found/entered rather than leaving blank.
Hi Again
My 3rd post today!
I just purchased a 1927 Conqueror with a 10AP 15 jewel movement missing a second hand is it possible someone knows which hands are interchangeable I can find no info anywhere.
Thank
James
Thank you very much for the info.
I tried to follow your link and could not.
Can U please explain to me what mvnt SN 1047177.
I am a newbie at this so please be gentle.
Thanks Again
James
I have one with a box symbol for 1927. It's in an Illinois Watch Case Co. Stainless Back 1 1/2 L case that I assume is not original to the movement.

Certainly looks like an asterisk (*)
It looks more like a Spider and in a very odd place for the datecode stamp.
I see a circle just North of the Crown wheel, which is a more familiar position.

Yeah I did struggle with the image. The area marked does look to contain something that resembles an asterisk, but to be honest I'm not 100% convinced.
The movement as a whole is in rough condition and the tarnish certainly isn't helping.
Closer view of the same area. I'm good with what ever ya'll decide.
