10BM  15 J w/ no date code. Click pic for Shawn's example and discussion of no date code.

a movement of this era sans a datecode would suggest 1949.

This 15J 10BM looks to be Military.

I have a 10BM Movement and its date is identified with a "square" where usually I see a L-0 or L-1 etc. There are no other marking such as A-9 etc. A square normally dates a Bulova movement much older.

Does anyone know or can identify a SQUARE on a 10BM Movement?

Thanks

John V.

Very interesting.

The Square would date the 10BM to 1946, I believe Military.   I'm going to guess it's 15 Jewels?
