'74 case catalog does not have case numbers this high, no help there. Also going with unknown.

Found a match to this model. Unfortunately no name.
Found these references in the 1977-79 linebook (BAWD0213) that closely match the watch design. Not 100% sure they are describing the same watch, but sounds the same.

....and the Model 02972-Y which seems a better match again, noting the similar model numbers and price..
