Information inside the back of the watch: CHI in a circle, 585 in a box, a squirrel, serial number 10492 Information on the movement: BULOVA 2480.10, six 6 jewels unadjusted, Swiss V8 The watch was found in the legacy of my mother. It was given to her by her husband in the early 80s.
Hi Divemaster and welcome. Cool watch, being a 1979, it's right on the edge of when Bulova ceased naming the majority of their watches. It's possible yours was only identified by a number. I have come back to it a couple times but find no reference in the Bulova line books or ads. It's not an Accutron, but rather a quartz model. At this point, I'm still looking but stand at

A very nice 14K solid gold watch. Certainly a beautiful heirloom piece. I also doubt Bulova had a name for this one. 1979 Bulova Unknown.
