Hello Charles, welcome back. This is a nice old Accutron. I like the linen dial, that's a nice touch.
I believe this sould be categorized as Accutron Quartz

Nice looking watch, but then again Bulova always did (and continue to) have a good eye for fashion.
Agree with Mr Baker, a 1978 Bulova Accutron Quartz.
