That's not dirt on the dial, necessarily. Silvered dials will corrode and blacken. Oftentimes what looks like dirt has risen from beneath the silvering due to reaction with moisture, salt from sweat, coupled with the heat of being on the wrist.
Anyway, Unknown for me too.
