The only thing close I find is this one dated 1974. Stem in wrong position and face text doesn't match.

1974 Bulova Accutron for me (for now) -unknown variant

Popular case design of the late 70s Accutrons. No luck though finding a match. Would likely just be a model number at this point in time.
