I have this amazing rare watch!! Accutron "Woody" from 1975 (Date code N5). Original Box with the original paperwork and original band. Battery was last changed in 1998, and has since stopped working, but it will work with a new battery!
Nice Accutron. I would make sure to take the battery out in case it leaks.
Thank you for the comment, it is a beautiful watch. The case on the other hand, classic 70's color scheme. I have opened it up, and thankfully the battery that is in there has not leaked :). I will be taking it down to get a full 'once over' to make sure it works as I left it.

...any chance you can take a few more photos??? Like case back, etc... It's kinda obvious what it is....and I think the "Woody" turned out to be a "nick name", and there was another advertised model name (or number) for this watch.
We accepted the "Woody" nick name because it's so dear to many of us.
Very nice. I'd have been in the market had I not just purchased my first Spaceview today. ;-)
Thank you. Congrats on your new purchase :) what do you think something like this is worth? Or what you'd be willing to pay? Just so May get a better idea.
Great watch. Great Band. Original paperwork? Does the paperwork have any serial numbers possibly matching the watch? The "orange" box for the Woody? Geoff and Jerin will know off the top of their heads.... I agree on the "Woody" ID. The box kinda looks "generic" and I'm guessing this watch may have had it's own box - not the generic-looking Orange box....but I've been wrong before.
Great Watch.....and on my wish list.....and I'm not into accutrons, except for this one....:)
This is one of my all time favorite Accutrons. You're right Will, we did call this beauty the "Woody" for a good long time. When we went through our Accutron naming convention though we unfortunately gave it a more technical name. The Accutron Day & Date
