Believe this to be a 1975 Accutron 2210 (similar to the 263 in size and shape as per the attached ad).
This is my mother's watch. I finally pried it away from her for a cleaning and battery change, and I am going to put a NOS strap on it. She got it new in 1975 (for her 35th birthday), and has worn it daily since. Fantastic watch.

Very cool watch and so great to know the history of it.
75 Accutron Quartz.
Hi Mike, lovely watch your mother has.
The one in the ad is a man's model with the 218 cal. movement, larger than yours.
Accutron cal.2210, unknown variant.
How cool is that? Amazing that she still has this same watch! So on her NEXT birthday her watch will be 40 and she'll still be your mom. You're BOTH very fortunate Mike
Accutron for certain, variant not know, Bob's right, the advert is a man's size.
Nice history with this watch. Your family is very lucky to have it. Maybe some day- in the very distant future- this will be your watch...and then even further off, your kids watch. The quality will last that long, but these are getting harder and harder to service due to parts availability etc...
1975 Accutron ID, w/ unknown variant or model number for now.
