1974 Bulova Senator 'F' Model 11001
Case is stainless steel with a 10K yellow gold bezel ring, dated N4, case# T-3081 (Taiwan); 23-jewel automatic movement with day and date (quick-set); dial color according to the ad is taupe grey with gilt accents; original link bracelet with Bulova signed clasp; original boxes with tag for model 11001 W/Y.
1972 Ad for 11001-5W/Y (Senator-F). I'm wondering if the -5 calls for a specific band; as this band has smooth gold color connecting pieces, where the ads show a different style, as does this 1972 example. Could just be a style change being two years after the ad, or a change to an Asian market source since the watch's Kreisler band is from Hong Kong and case is Taiwan.

I thought we all agreed NOT to use Time Travel to enrich our personal collections......
1974 Senator 'F', and a more stunning example is hard to imagine.
1974 Senator "F" really excellence collection :)
Holly cow! That's straight from the factory!
I absolutely love seeing a watch in its original 'off the factory floor' condition. Very rare to see this level of originality in a watch this age.
Congrats Ken!
I love it. This era of Bulova watches is still my favorite. These big clunky stainless cases are just the best. It's beautiful Ken!

Thanks everyone; this one was very lightly used and required a small effort of cleaning. It is nice to find one in such great condition.
