Does anyone know what model this is and an approximate value? Photos do it no justice whatsoever.

3922 is the model number. as far as a Name there are some vintage ads to browse.

The 3922 is the number used to ID the case for crystal replacement purposes. In 1979 most Bulova's had no name, just part of a "series" and were only ID'd with a 5 digit model number which the 3922 may be part of, and many by now were Quartz movements, nice to see this is still a "winder"
