Thought I would update after polishing and adding the first new battery after 30 years. It clicked right off and 
Keeps great time! My wife wants to wear her Dad's watch so I found a genuine reptile leather Bulova Band with tapered ends that fits her perfectly.
I believe a found a match in the 1973 Linebook (0182) for a 1973 Bulova Accutron Date and Day "CK" (silver butler dial version).
Slight dial variation.
1973 Bulova Accutron Date & Day "CK" is a good match. The dial configuration of the Accutron name is a common variance from this period. Not sure why it was done but it is a good match.
