A typical hand wind watch from the dawn of the Quartz Crisis, with the manual wind 11ANC movt. The case is made by Louis Lang of Porrentruy, Switzerland. Possibly not a US model? No import code and possibly an 'International' or non- North American model, so naming this may be problematic. I have seen a similar model with the same case reference number (7196) being ID'd as a Sea King, but it had a suffix: 7196-3, due to the date feature.
I'm stumped Rev, I can't find anything like it. I think the Chrono C came in a Louis Lang case as well, the back markings are similar.

Looks like a nice watch, and I agree likely not sold in the US or NA markets. I've gone through the ads and did not find a match. Has the correct movement for the case#. Unknown model at this time.
