Bulova 1972 Accutron Date & Day

This is a gorgeous example of an Accutron and the first for the database.  It is a heavy 14kt yellow gold filled textured corner cut case with a matching 14kt gold filled integrated mesh bracelet.  The case back is also 14kt yellow gold filled with an N2 date code and unusual short serial number.   The dial is a stunning blood red color with faceted white metal hour markers that give a nice sparkle.    The movement is a 2182.  Unfortunately this is a non-runner...bummer.    I found a match in the 1973-1975 Linebook as a 1972 Bulova Accutron Date & Day "BE".
