This one looks brand new and has an insane dial. It's dark green and "glitter" sparkles green and white in bright light. Indices are Roman numerals and printed on. It was almost impossible to photograph, and pics don't do it justice.
Movement and case both dated (N0) 1970. I find it in 1971 linebook177 pictured on a gold filled link band with Corfam inserts and in a single 1971 ad depicting it on a green Corfam strap. Watch is really thin with half of it's thickness being the crystal. Hands don't match the ads, but the ads don't match each other in the same year either.
This was a "what the heck is that" purchase and something I have never seen before; as well as a first for the database.

Note the "sparkles" show in the linebook photo. I have to wonder if the hand written "attach change" reference is related to the band?
Unusual to see a roman dial, Bulova didn't do many. Nice find - 1970 Citizen C.
Cool design...Citizen "C"
That's a great match. Cool dial for sure.
