A very lovely watch. In the 1971 Linebook BAWD0177 page 48. I would suggest a date of 1971 based on the linebook and the serial # without having a movement date code.

Thank you. This is very helpful. I paid less than what this watch sold for new about 20 years ago and thought it was gold filled or plated due to the price. Apparently, I got quite a bargain. The watch is still in really great condition and keeps good time. I bought it because I liked it and still do.

So I'm wondering if there is a distinct difference between the 'Christian Dior' and just plain 'Dior' models?
