1969 Banker G variant? I think the kreisler band may be original based on the partial add from 1967. Somewhat hexagonal shaped yellow RGP case. Round dial with linear indices and sub-seconds dial. Sets, winds smoothly and keeps pretty good time. Very clean and appears as if it has not seen much wrist-time.

Thanks for the linebook image. Yes, I enjoy finding one with its original band. I imagine original bands are much rarer than the watches themselves.
